Your Letters From Home

“Your Letters From Home” is dedicated to our men and women in uniform, as well as the families supporting them; and stresses personal written communications.

The original idea is Dan’s; but draws on many of the experiences Al observed among his cohorts with the US Air Force in the ‘60s, and with the Army Guard throughout this last decade.  There is a kinship that links all military families.

The original lyrics and music were written in 2007 by Al Curving and Dan Laurie, were registered with the U.S. Copyright Office in 2008 under the title “Just A Letter From Home” as part of the album “Slices of Life in Story ‘N Song” Volume 4, and revised in 2010 to this version.

We are song writers, and not entertainers. We hope you enjoyed this demo; but we are really looking for someone who has what it takes to make this song a hit. If you would like information about recording this, or any of their other songs please contact us.
